How to Direct your Blog post to Facebook and other Social Networks

It’s been days since I publish a new post on this blog but I dint just go off and resume on my normal update for nothing rather I made sure during the break I wrote a post under the social network category which if you check it’s my first post on social network.


So in this lesson we will discuss on directing our blog post to Facebook and other social networks automatically without you being involved in copying the link location to your Facebook account all you need to do is setup an application to do the job for you which will be discussed later in this lesson.

My reason of doing this is that many young or infant bloggers seems this as very difficult task which I think is as simple as ABC and we should also know that directing you post to social network generate much traffic for you far better than organic traffic which you must do all the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) yourself though organic traffic is the best but in social network all you need to do is make sure you have many and active audience and make sure you publish what your audience are interested in then I think you have less problem about social network traffic.

In directing your blog post to Facebook the below steps needs to be followed:

• STEP ONE: the first step is to enter your browser and then type in this www.iftt.comto visit the website.

Note: make sure you are logged in to your Facebook account and blogger account.

• STEP TWO: click on sign-up

• STEP THREE: type in your email address in the space provided for email and then your password in the password space and click on SIGN-UP to create account. After creating your account go to your email to confirmbut sometimes the confirmation message might delay so don’t waste time just continue to my next step.

• STEP FOUR: after clicking on ‘Create Account’ the next webpage will be your account click on go-back

• FIVE: when you go back it’s either the browser will automatically log you out or the browser will get you to your account dash board but all the same if the browser log you out then patiently log in again to and follow my lazzy steps but normally when you go back the its will get you back to your account dash board then click on ‘My Recipes’ 

•  STEP SIX: on the next web page click on ‘create a recipe’

Step Seven: You will then see “if THIS then that” like below on the next web page then click on “this”

• STEP SEVEN: some apps will appear when you click on ‘this’ then search for the key word “blogger” and click on it.

• STEP EIGHT: when you click on the app blogger you will see “connect” on the web page then click on ‘connect’ to connect your blog. Remember I told you to make sure your blog is logged in.

• STEP NINE: after clicking on ‘connect’ a new browser will automatically opened asking you for permission to access your blogger account don’t worry just click on “allow”

• STEP TEN: after that you will be asked to create a trigger then choose the first trigger and then will ask you to connect the blogger account.

• STEP ELEVEN: when you connect the blogger account the next web page will be “if this then THAT” then click on “that”

• STEP TWELVE: when you click on “that” you will be lead to a web page like the one in step seven then search for Facebook and click on either Facebook or Facebook pages and do the same step like the one you did for your blog.

After the above steps there are still fe steps to do , okay now when you click on Facebook, remember i told you to do the same procedure to connect your Facebook then after that will be ask to choose among some three options then you choose the second one which is "create a link post on my Facebook wall"
